How to rent an apartment

Our one year rentals have the following requirements :
our list of available apartments (note that some apartments become available on future dates).
the apartments(s) in which you are interested by following the instructions posted for each building's listings.
a rental application (print one out here). Be sure to include your guarantor's information, and make a copy of your photo ID card (Driver's license or Passport and Visa)
your complete application with photo ID to our leasing office, 11 Waverly Place, New York, NY 10003, along with the required $200.00 per person application and a $500 deposit for rentals under $2499/month or $1000 for rentals $2500/month or more (deposit is refundable if not accepted) and the apartment will then be reserved for you while we briefly review your application.
a convenient time for your closing (usually within 3 business days of submitting the deposit). You will need to bring the first and last month's rent plus the security deposit in a certified check or money order.
We cannot accept personal checks or debit/credit card payments.
REMEMBER: THERE IS NEVER A FEE TO RENT APARTMENTS AT JAKOBSON PROPERTIES (
