Our primary focus is the ownership and management of residential middle and upper-middle income housing. Although we own over 50 properties throughout Manhattan, and take advantage of the latest technologies in running our business, we believe that every client deserves to be treated with the greatest respect.

Jakobson Properties main office is located near New York University. We have become one of the University’s largest providers of housing. Many of our customers are young, promising students or recent graduates who are just beginning their professional careers.
