 Nofeerentals.com was established in the late 1980s with the intention of providing apartment renters looking to rent short term or long term apartments in New York city, an easy to find up-to-date list of no fee apartment rentals managed by Jakobson Properties, which has been in operation since the 1880s. 
Our primary focus is the ownership and management of residential middle and upper-middle income housing. Although we own over 50 properties throughout Manhattan, and take advantage of the latest technologies in running our business, we believe that every client deserves personal attention and to be treated with the greatest respect.
We know that people deserve to have a decent place to live even if they dont pay a luxury rent. Our tenants appreciate the fact that they are dealing with the owners directly.
Jakobson Properties main office is located near New York University. Many of our customers are students, recent graduates or young professionals.
